The Soviet Union, CCCP, or the USSR was a Pre-War country.
Background
The Soviet Union was a Communist nation, and had its own national anthem.[1] The country had a Soviet Consulate established in Los Angeles.[2][Pub 1] The country and its ally China, refuted that Captain Carl Bell of the United States was the first human in space.[3] The AK-47 and its derivatives were utilized by Soviet armies.[4] On June 16, 2067, P.A.M. was requested to run the "'USSR China Attack' scenario.[5] A Soviet Satellite crashed outside of Los Angeles.
Mentions

- In Fallout 3, a Museum of Technology placard notes that the United States credited Captain Carl Bell as the first human in space, despite refutations from the Soviet Union and China.[3]
- During the Resource Wars, the United States utilized P.A.M. to gather statistical data, including information regarding the possibility of an attack by China and the USSR.[5]
- "Sing the Soviet national anthem!" is a possible answer on what to do when hearing communist propoganda on the radio in the Pioneer Scout Camp Terminal Entries in Fallout 76.[1]
