Sandy was a resident of Vault 76.
Background
Sandy was a security officer of Vault 76 responding to a hacked terminal that was accessed the night prior. However, they were unable to determine who had accessed the terminal or the confidential Reclamation files. Due to this incident, the security shifts were doubled up, despite possibly being ineffective on resolving the matter.[1]
