Councillor Roger Westin is a politician in the New California Republic in Fallout 2.[2]
Background
Roger Westin is one of the wealthiest citizens of the NCR, a brahmin baron with a ranch in the capital. He displays his wealth in the way he dresses.[2] He is also a politician, serving as a councilor in the NCR congress. This puts him at odds with John Bishop in New Reno.[3]

Quests
- Eliminate Mr. Bishop: Mr. Bishop sends the Chosen One to kill Westin, but Westin cuts a deal in exchange for his life.
- Stop brahmin raids: Some investigating reveals that Deathclaws are killing the brahmin. Only by getting rid of them can the Chosen One stop the raids.
- Deliver Westin's holodisk to Lynette in Vault City: Westin gives the Chosen One a holotape and tells them to take it to the First Citizen in Vault City.
- Deliver Lynette's holodisk to Westin in NCR: Vault City's First Citizen asks the Chosen One to take a holotape to Westin in NCR.
- Assassinate Westin in NCR without making it look like a murder: Mr. Bishop has decided that Westin's influence in the NCR is against the interests of his crime syndicate and tells the Chosen One to kill him, but don't make it traceable back to him.
Other interactions
Westin can be found on his ranch in NCR. To get past the guard and forcefield a reference will be needed: speak with the Sheriff of NCR and ask for some "honest work." Once on the ranch, a quest to help Westin stop raids on his brahmin can be accepted.
