R. Wilson was an employee of the New Appalachian Railroad at the flooded trainyard before the Great War.

Having been employed by NAR for over 30 years, they were incredulous about recent geological survey findings, indicating a high risk of catastrophic erosion at the trainyard.[1][2] Having faith in the company, Wilson denied the possibility of NAR making such a significant error in where to construct the facility.[1]

After Atomic Mining Services' own geologists rejected the claim that their mining operations were leading to the erosion by way of causing earthquakes in the area, Wilson wanted no more money to be spent on geological surveys.[3]

R. Wilson is mentioned only in Fallout 76.
