Philip Anthony-Rodriguez is an actor who voiced Sturges and Scott Edwards in Fallout 4.
Career
The youngest of five children, Philip began acting, singing and doing voices when he was very young. He is best known for his roles on Jake 2.0 as Kyle Duarte and the voice of disc jockey Maurice Chavez in the 2002 video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
