Paula Tiso is an actress who voiced Duchess, Ella Ames, Geraldine Fitzsimmons and other additional voices in Fallout 76. In the update Wastelanders, she reprised her role as Duchess and also voiced Gladys Filtcher, The Eye's Executioner and female Mothman cultists.
