Oswald's Tophat is a piece of headwear in the Fallout 4 add-on Nuka World.
Gameplay
Oswald's Tophat provides 2 energy and damage resistance, while also boosting the wearer's movement speed by 10% and giving an extra point towards Perception and Charisma.

- A possible reward for completing A Magical Kingdom.
- Worn by Oswald the Outrageous.
Bugs
Due to its height, it is possible that it will cause the player to get stuck on geometry (under stairs and ramps with debris under them for example) that otherwise would be traversable. Unequipping the hat and then getting unstuck can solve this.[1]
