Ol' Flakey takes the shape of a whiskey bottle. It reads "Ol' Flakey" on the side.

- Peoria, in a container in the underground kitchen.
- Brahmin Wood, near the well.
Notes
Unlike Fallout and Fallout 2, alcohol in Fallout Tactics is not addictive. Instead, it causes the Drunk condition.
