Background
Being a member of the Gun Runners, he guards the single wooden plank connecting the two sides of the moat of highly toxic waste that surrounds the Gun Runners' Fortress.

Because of his scripting the moat guard will move upwards toward the toxic waste, toppling and taking damage. He may end up killed the next time this happens.
