Mining Explosives

Mining Explosives are a quest item in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Honest Hearts.

Gameplay

The items are placed pre-designated locations within the Yao Guai Cave during the quest River Monsters. The Courier can only activate them and later detonate them with the Mining Detonator.
