Mr. Maretti was a suspect in an armed robbery of a Slocum's Joe in East Boston prior to the Great War.
Background
During the investigation by District A-7 of the Boston Police Department, Mr. Maretti's wallet and ID were recovered from the scene of an armed robbery. In addition, the shotgun involved was recovered along with the surveillance video, which was released to H. Murray, a prosecutor.[1]
