- In one of the graves at Golgotha.
- Given as an Easter egg by a terminal in the Oil Rig access corridor with high Science, Repair and Gambling stats.
- Held by Casino girls in New Reno's casinos, Desperado and Shark Club.

Loaded dice are dice that have been tampered with to land with a selected side facing upwards more often than it otherwise would simply by chance.
