Liam Collins is a designer at Bethesda Game Studios who worked on Fallout 4 as an additional quest designer and writer and on Fallout 76 as a quest designer and writer.
Career
Work on the Fallout series
For Fallout 4, Collins designed the quest The Devil's Due after previous quests at Salem had been cut due to technical restrictions. He was one of the newest members of the design team at the time.[1] He and William Shen also fleshed out the character of Nick Valentine, based on a concept by lead designer Emil Pagliarulo.[2]
Other work
Prior to joining the development team at Bethesda, Collins worked at Firaxis Games as a design assistant on a number of Sid Meier games and the XCOM reboot series.
