Kendyll Sims is a deceased member of the Free States, found in Dyer Chemical in Appalachia.
Background
Kendyll Sims was one of the most capable sharpshooters in Harpers Ferry, even before the Free States returned to the town in the wake of Great War.[1] She was a member of Duncan McKann's failed expedition to track down ghouls from the Valley Galleria.[2] When the expedition finally cornered the ghouls in Dyer Chemical, Kendyll recognized Lucy Harwick when she spoke and was distressed by McKann's desire to kill the group despite them clearly being in control of their mental faculties. McKann shot and killed Kendyll when she turned her gun on him after this revelation.[3][4]
