Location

• The Sink: Sold by the Sink Central Intelligence Unit after obtaining the "Resla Roil" holotape from the X-13 Research Facility.

Notes

After buying the mod, one can go back to the X-13 Research Facility and download another schematic. The player can then buy it from the Sink again.

Behind the scenes

The name of the modification is a mispronunciation of "Tesla coil". This is a reference to the popular cartoon dog, Scooby-Doo, who often replaced the first letter of words with the letter "r".
