Johnny Morton is a feral ghoul encountered in the Commonwealth in the Fallout 4 Creation Club content "Captain Cosmos." He is also mentioned in the Fallout Television Series.
Background
Johnny Morton was once the guest star on the film set for The Adventures of Captain Cosmos television show during the season finale. On October 23, 2077 while filming a fight scene, Morton was injured when an advanced weapon provided by the United States Space Administration for use as a stage prop, discharged live ammunition and seriously injured him. Johnny was taken off set to the studio's conference room to await paramedics arrival while filming would continue, with the director hoping to use an on hand delivery clerk as a replacement.
The Great War occurred before Morton was able to be transported for medical attention, but his injuries were ultimately non-fatal. He and several other members of cast and crew became feral ghouls, trapped within the studio.[1]
Morton also co-starred in a movie with Charles Whiteknife and Cooper Howard, in which he played a rancher who owned half of Missouri.[2]

I can't believe it, the weapon the USSA delivered to us wasn't a prop, it was a live weapon! Our guest star Johnny Morton was wounded pretty bad during one of the fight scenes a few minutes ago. People are freaking out, and they're taking him upstairs to wait for the paramedics. We were told to put Carl into a space suit and try to shoot the rest of Johnny's scenes with him as a stand-in.
