Now I KNOW I've never seen you in Megaton before. Let me guess -- just passing through, right?

Jenny Stahl is a citizen of Megaton and one of the proprietors of the Brass Lantern in Fallout 3.

Background

Together with her siblings Andy and Leo, Jenny grew up east of Megaton.[1] After the death of their parents, she and Andy were raised by their elder brother Leo,[2] and the three took over their father's restaurant.[Pub 1]

She has some history with Jericho and despises him,[3][4] and is attracted to Billy Creel, who reciprocates her feelings, which is why he comes to the restaurant to eat.[Pub 1]

Publications

Jenny, 24, is the balancing force between her polar-opposite brothers. She very much has eyes for Billy Creel and he for her, which is why Billy often comes to the restaurant to eat. Like her brothers, Jenny was born in Megaton in the days before the fence. She took over the restaurant with her brothers when her father died.Fallout 3 Official Game Guide/Wasteland Census

Manya Vargas: "Oh, they come from all over... all over. You name it. The Stahl family grew up out east somewhere. Lucy's from some little settlement to the north."

  2. Lone Wanderer: "I'm looking for my father. Middle-aged guy. Maybe you've seen him?"
Jenny Stahl: "Oh man, you're looking for your dad? That is so sweet! Did he run out on you when you were a kid or something? Our parents died when we were kids. My brother Leo, he's the oldest, he raised my brother Andy and me. It was hard on him, but we turned out okay."

  3. Jericho: "Well, hello there, sweetie. What's on the menu today?"
Jenny Stahl: "Food, Jericho. It's all I had for you yesterday. It's all I have for you today. It's all I'll ever have for you."
Jericho: "C'mon, Jenny, why you gotta be like that? I'm just trying to be nice to you."
Jenny Stahl: "Don't play stupid with me, Jericho. You know what my problem is."
Jericho: "Look, Jenny, that was years ago. I'm a different man now."
Jenny Stahl: "People don't change, Jericho. Now order something and leave me alone."
