Jarvis is a resident of Shady Sands in Fallout. He is found on a makeshift bed in the back of Razlo's home.
Background
Jarvis is Seth's younger brother.[1] Jarvis has been struck ill by radscorpion poison while investigating the radscorpion cave. The Vault Dweller can visit him in Razlo's home, still sickened by poison.

Effects of player's actions
When asked about his older brother (after being healed), he tells about how Seth is a good fighter, and is solely devoted to the welfare of the village.[1]
