The Isla Negra Real Estate Company was a pre-War company mentioned in Fallout 3.
Background
The company was interested in acquiring land in the Point Lookout area before the war in an attempt to modernize and encourage tourism.[1] The company developed new homes and attractions, acquiring land from Constance Blackhall who agreed to sell after the death of her spouse.[2] It was involved in the commercialization of natural gas, surveyed by the Bysshe Company.[3] The People's Bank of Point Lookout was owned by Isla Negra.[4]
