- Blackmail Iguana Bob: The Vault Dweller can discover that Bob's "iguana bits" meat is actually meat from human corpses supplied by Doc Morbid in Junktown. After discovering this, they can blackmail Bob into giving them money or say that they are going to tell the police about it.

- In the unused file BOBSIGN.MSG, Bob is referred to as "Iguana Bob Frazier".
- In Fallout 2, the shop "Son of Bob's Iguana Bits" appears in New California Republic town. Iguana Bob's son Mikey owns the stand.
