The flower child is a young member of the Children of the Cathedral in Fallout.
Background
This child is under the supervision of Mother Jain. Before coming to the Hub, he has been in the Cathedral itself, and thinks that everyone there but Father Lasher is kind. He can be found in the Children's hospital, near the Water Merchants.
