A dark button up shirt, tattered jeans and red scarf with an open unbelted trenchcoat and work gloves worn over them.
It increases Endurance by 2 when worn and may not be worn with armor pieces.

- Another set may be found at University Point, in the exterior building with the armor workbench, on some shelves by the window.
- Tinker Tom sells armored farmhand clothes.
- Some Minutemen wear them.
- Worn by Blake Abernathy at the Abernathy Farm.
- Worn by Smiling Larry, found in a random encounter.
- Worn by Arlen Glass, found at The Slog.
- Worn by Gouger, who is encountered during Confidence Man.
- Worn by a fisherman found near Mystic River.
- Worn by Fred who is found in a random encounter.
