Character Overviews Project is a project on the Independent Fallout Wiki.

About

Some characters appear over multiple games, sharing a continuity but varying gameplay and interactions. This also makes it complex for characters that share multiple games to share multiple infoboxes or display multiple images, and often break certain DPL tables this way. This project aims to split into subpages any gameplay and game-specific content while allowing these subpages to have their own infoboxes and categories.

Tips on how to split them

A new category should be made for the split character (i.e. '''[[Category:Moira Brown]]''') and that category should go in the "Category:Characters with multiple series appearances" category. That way this new category can be used in the Infobox character Overview parameter to list them.

Template:Divider Overview should be placed at the top of the Overview page.

Game-Specific dialogue should be moved as a subpage of the game subpage article for easier finding. I.e. Moira Brown/Moira Brown (Fallout 3)/Dialogue.

The appearances section of the overview article can use the Template:Main template to redirect to each game-specific article.
