Ernie Messinger was an employee at Nuka-World before the Great War.
Background
Ernie worked at the World of Refreshment, which was being used by employees at the Nuka-World power plant to store toxic waste. Ernie confronted Dusty Polanski over this situation, informing him that some of the barrels were leaking and the runoff was getting into the river of Nuka-Cola Quantum.[1]
