Dr. Lee was the ship's engineer onboard the United States Space Administration's Deep Sleep mission.
Background
Dr. Lee was described as a robotics expert.[1] He was betrayed by the program's directorate, along with Dr. Bernard and Dr. Nowak, and forced to participate in the Project Z experiment.[2] All three died when the spaceship crash-landed in Appalachia, though Commander Daguerre survived due to her pod being located in the main escape capsule. Their dog tags can be found in the ship's wreckage in Welch during Hope Remains.

Dr. Lee is mentioned only in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wastelanders update.
