The area is known as the Devil's Graveyard and is a section of the former city of Chicago in Fallout Tactics.
Background
The area has been transformed by a group of raiders into a killing ground, making direct access to their base a nightmare. The leader of Devil's Graveyard raiders is Gargantua. After his raiders attacked the village of Dirt Haven, which were allied with the Brotherhood of Steel, the Brotherhood pacified this area by destroying local raider forces and killing Gargantua along with his mad servant, Psycho.
