Cutter's Clinic is a location in Paradise Falls in Fallout 3. It is the home of the resident doctor, Cutter. Before the Great War, it was a store called "Velmas."
Layout
Inside the clinic, there are two rooms separated by a door. The front room contains a surgical bed and partitions, file cabinets, and a locked medical case. The backroom has two beds, both of which the Lone Wanderer can sleep in.
