The Child Slaver is a Slaver waiting outside of Little Lamplight during The Kid-Kidnapper unmarked quest in Fallout 3.

Background

The Child Slaver is working for the Slavers at Paradise Falls and is one of Eulogy Jones' "best."[1] When attempting to secure victims, she uses a facade consisting of a soft tone of voice and friendly behavior, referring to the trip to Paradise Falls as "adventure express" and the slave collar as a "friendship necklace."[2][3]

Xbox 360Xbox 360 When completing the quest Those! you have an option to enslave Bryan Wilks. After getting the okay from Eulogy Jones, the Child Slaver will reappear at Little Lamplight if you have already completed The Kid-Kidnapper quest.
