Caleb was an actor who performed at the Dry Rock Gulch Theater in Nuka-World before the Great War.
Background
Caleb portrayed the town drunk in the Wild West children's show at the theater. He developed his own form of "method acting" to get into his role, which consisted of drinking whiskey and refusing to bathe. Jesse McDaniel, another actor at the theater, confronted Caleb about this but was ignored. Caleb was evidently jealous that Jesse had a leading role as Sheriff Bruce, despite his insistence that Jesse was the jealous one, and strived to take this position from him the following year.[1][2]
