Carol Christine Hilaria Pounder is a three-time Emmy Award-nominated Guyanese-American film and television actress and voice actress who voiced Vree in Fallout.
She is usually billed as CCH Pounder (or C.C.H. Pounder early in her career). She has appeared in numerous films, made-for-television films, television miniseries, plays and has made guest appearances on notable television shows.
