Baa Baa Black Sheep is a side quest in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wild Appalachia update.

Find the following holotapes and notes:
- Blacksheep dossier - In Sal's Grinders, on a cigarette machine near the back entrance on the ground floor.
- Bo-Peep's note on Calvin - At Bastion Park, on the ground near the center of the playground.
- Crime scene notes - At Bastion Park, on a black briefcase in the center of the playground.
- Wolf's letter to Bo-Peep - At Bastion Park, in a leather bag.
- Wolf's message to Bo-Peep - Holotape, in Sal's Grinders on a table in the dining room.
Detailed walkthrough
Travel to Bastion Park to investigate what happened at the meeting between Calvin van Lowe and his handler Bo-Peep. Investigate the park and find the following clues which are all located in the center of the playground by a black scorch mark:
- Wolf's letter to Bo-Peep - Note, in a leather bag on the ground.
- Bo-Peep's note on Calvin - Note, on the ground near the leather bag.
- Crime scene notes - Note, on a black briefcase on the ground, near a standing light.
While there, watch out for the bloodbugs or bloatflies that may usually be buzzing around the park.
The clues all point to Sal's Grinders in the middle of Beckley. Travel to Beckley and investigate the building for the following clues:
- Wolf's message to Bo-Peep - Holotape, on a table in the dining room on the ground floor.
- Blacksheep dossier - Note, on a Cigarette Machine in the corridor near the stairs on the ground floor.
While in Beckley, watch out for the robot strikebreakers that are normally patrolling the town, which include Eyebots, Protectrons, Mister Gutsy, and a Robobrain.
Read terminal entry 'Check-in #63' on Sal's personal terminal upstairs. This will complete the quest and begin the next one, The Lowe-Down.
