Aubrie's notes is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wastelanders update.
Location
The note can be found in Founder's Hall, on a dresser in Aubrie Willem's clinic, east of where Paige is usually found. It cannot be taken and only appears after Here to Stay, if Aubrie returns to Foundation.
Transcript
Today I learned there's a greater threat here in Appalachia: an infection called the Scorched Plague.
Our camp was attacked by a group of Scorched. I did what I could to help the others, but survival instincts kicked in. As a doctor, I'm ashamed to admit I fled to save myself. Of all people, a Vault Dweller found me. Said the Scorched are caused by infection. We always knew they were once people and other living creatures, but I never thought a disease would be the source.
The Vault Dweller has promised an inoculation. I've reinforced this to Paige and luckily, he was in a listening mood. If we want to survive out here, we'll need more than walls.
