The antique speed bag is a C.A.M.P. object in Fallout 76, introduced in the Steel Dawn update.
Gameplay
An antique fitness device, with a solid metal foundation and a body made of wood. It also has a metal ring that holds the speed bag, which can be punched, as well as a gauge to show how much force is exerted.
If continuously used for some time, the player character receives two additional Agility for 30 minutes.
