Angie Decland, also known as Agent Danger or Agent Tornado, was a child who lived in Welch before the Great War.
Background
Angie's mother, Roberta "Betty" Decland, was a customer of Duchess, buying on the behalf of someone named Gerald. Betty would send Angie to ask Duchess for Buffout, and although Duchess became frustrated with Betty's mounting credit, she became attached to Angie, calling her "my one weakness in the world." Angie would often take on code names during her runs, such as Agent Danger or Agent Tornado, the latter of which her mother asked her to stop playing as.[1]
