Allen Marks is a deceased Sunset Sarsaparilla Star Bottle Cap hunter in the Mojave Wasteland in Fallout: New Vegas.
Background
Allen Marks killed people in order to steal their Sunset Sarsaparilla Star Bottle Caps and claim the legendary mysterious prize. His body is found behind the prize room door.
He is mentioned by Malcolm Holmes, who warns about Marks' murdering people with the star caps.[1] Before his death, he recorded a holotape which can be found next to his body. He quotes his mother, stating "people who murder and steal die bad in the end."[2] His unique Laser Pistol, Pew Pew, can be found near his body.
