Alexis was an employee in the research and development department of the Kanawha Nuka-Cola plant before the Great War.
Background
Alexis had differences with Clara over methodology in the department while working at the plant, though they found common ground in their distaste for the marketing department. Clara wrote a note to Alexis telling them that she had stolen the arsenic, mercury and strontium-90 being put in the Nuka-Cola products, hoping that Alexis would understand that the marketing department's goals were wrong and evil.[1]
