Locations
- Deathclaw Promontory - A single suit can be found in the southeast corner of the area, at the bottom of the hill in some brush, on one of two dead prospectors.
- The armor, along with the Remnants Power Helmet, can be obtained during the quest For Auld Lang Syne in the following ways:
- Killing Orion Moreno and looting his body.
- Convincing Moreno to stay and gaining it from Daisy
- Taking Cannibal Johnson's set when he storms out during the quest.
- During the Second Battle of Hoover Dam and after siding with the NCR during For Auld Lang Syne, Johnson and Moreno will be wearing the helmet and armor.
Notes
- All human companions can wear the armor.
- This armor is not associated with any faction and will not spur any particular faction to attack based on one's clothing.
- In the Pip-Boy status tab, under EFF, the armor is called "Enclave Armor."
Behind the scenes
- The armor set is directly based on the Advanced Power Armor from Fallout 2.[Dev 1]
- According to Joshua Sawyer, the Power Armor has a "built in ventilation/cooling system."[Dev 2]
- Joshua Sawyer considered giving the armor an effect similar to the Auditore Cape from Assassin's Creed II (which raised Ezio's social status to notorious while worn), though stated that he realized that "players would be sad" as a result.[Dev 3]
