Access codes is the name of a holotape in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. In Fallout: New Vegas it holds the password for the terminal that opens Mr. House's inner sanctum in the Lucky 38 penthouse.
Locations
- In Fallout 3, it can be found behind a Nuka-Cola vending machine inside the Anchorage Memorial facility.
- In Fallout: New Vegas, it is added to the player's inventory upon obtaining the Platinum Chip. If the player drops the Platinum Chip, the note is removed until the player gets the chip back. It is also added when picking up one of the two Lucky 38 VIP keycards.
