14mm AP is a type of ammunition used in Fallout and Fallout 2.

This sizable cartridge was imported to the United States prior to the Great War.[1]
Gameplay
With only half of the 14mm pistol's generous base damage applied due to the armor-piercing nature of the round, this ammunition makes the 14mm pistol compare unfavorably with other similar weapons, such as .223 pistols, and even Desert Eagles.
In Fallout, ammunition modifiers are not applied properly which makes the 14mm equal to other weapons.
