.308 casing is a junk item in Fallout 76.
Gameplay
A single case, intended to hold a .308 bullet as the projectile and gunpowder as the propellant. It can not be used for crafting .308 ammunition.

- Just north of Summersville Dam in front of a Teddy Fear, sitting next to a rock.
- In Vault 51, on the third floor in front of the right side entrance to the overseer's office, next to a dead vault dweller with a leveled sniper rifle.
